New Admission Process Guidelines (English)

Note: Students who take admission in February, will not be charged Monthly fees for February and March 2024.

Information for Registration Form - Keep ready before filling the form.

1. Student Name, Father's Name, Mother's Name

2. Student's Aadhar soft copy, Any one parent's Aadhar soft copy.

3. Student's Date of Birth, Blood Group, (if Available), Student height and weight.

4. Student Pic and Parent pic.

Preliminary Knowledge Assessment

Wil be conducted at school, the applying student will be provided an oral as well as written assessment. Accordingly, the learning stage will be finalized after discussion with parents.

Documents for submission at school - self Attested.

Note > The full academic fees for 12 months shall be payable in the academic year. If student avails school transport service. 11 months of VAN fees will be applicable for the entire year. (Even if the child takes long leaves in the middle of the session due to their personal reasons.)

Creation of Student's PACE Portal Id

After Admission and verification of all documents, the student will be assigned a unique Id and Password to be able to access PACE portal and SPACES App.

Both the portal and App will be set up by PACE office on smartphone/tab/laptop any device used by the parent on the date of admission.

PACE Portal / SPACES APP will be the single point of contact for parents to get all information regarding their wards. From Notices, Daily-work updates, Results, Fees Cards, PACE Document access, PACE mail access etc.

Note - Shared ID will be provided to siblings from same family for ease of access and the assigned admission number will be unique to them.

PARENT PARTICIPATION IN EDUCATION

1. Provision of an environment where student can access the materials shared online through portal/app in supervision.

2. Ensuring the student completes daily HW and revision.

3. Parents of FS1/FS2 and FS3 new Admissions must send only lunch, water bottle and monthly workbook with students. An extra pair of dress / diaper must also be kept in the bag.

4. School organizes 4 Parent teacher meetings in a year and Parents are expected to participate and discuss the progress of their child.

5. All students from Classes FS1 to FS5 will be provided stationery - pencils, colors, erasers, etc. from school and they must not pencil boxed that to class.
